New 30 Acre Manufacturing / Business Park Launched in Central Scotland
Avecia and Scottish Enterprise Forth Valley today announced the formation of a new 30 acre
manufacturing / business park in Central Scotland.
Earls Gate Park is situated alongside the existing Fine Chemicals manufacturing site in
Grangemouth and offers fully serviced development opportunities from 1-30 acres - primarily for
manufacturing or general industrial use. Development sites with frontages to the public highways
on Earls Rd and Beancross Rd would also suit businesses in trade counters, car showrooms,
wholesale distributors etc.
Over £3 million has been invested in preparing Earls Gate Park ready for third party
development and a further £1.5 million investment is anticipated to provide additional
access to the site from Beancross Road.
Services available to occupants of Earls Gate Park include a modern, dedicated effluent
treatment plant, substantial power and steam supply, on-site security, office / business
services and access to leisure facilities. The adjoining Avecia site is also a top tier
COMAH facility which could be of significant benefit to a manufacturing company wishing
to locate at Earls Gate Park.
Ryden Property Consultants are the appointed marketing agents for the site. Neil McAllister
of Ryden's said: "Earls Gate Park will be an ideal location for manufacturing companies
due to the accessibility of the motorway network and the comprehensive range of on-site
services available. This clearly gives Earls Gate Park an important advantage over other
competing locations throughout the country".
The project is supported by Scottish Enterprise Forth Valley.
