DESCRIPTION
The boundaries of the site are shown on the aerial photograph and the site does include the building and grounds of the former Kemfine UK recreational club.
The area shown highlighted on the plan, together with the building (Grangemouth Technology Park) is owned by Scottish Enterprise and this may be included in an overall sale, should this be required by a purchaser. A separate negotiation with Scottish Enterprise would be required.
SITE AREA
We estimate the total site area to be 36 acres or thereby. The land owned by Scottish Enterprise is in the region of 2 acres.
